Solving a problem usually requires some sort of cooperation from everyone involved. Especially at work, this can be challenging. There are not only linguistic, but also cultural aspects to be considered. We will have a look at various situations and collectively attempt to find solutions for each one. There will be time to consider your personal ideas, as well, should you frequently be confronted with challenging situations, on which you would like some linguistic support.
